- Take time to reflect on the loved ones you have lost during your lifetime.
- Treat people the way you did in the days immediately after the 9/11 attacks.
- Listen at least twice as much as you talk.

I watched Loose Change on 9/11. It was an eye opener. I never realized there was so much drama about the all the events leading up to the tragedy. I’d like to know more about the investigations.
…but it is of course most important to remember the loss on 9/11.
